Chuck Adkins

Chuck Adkins attended UNC Chapel Hill and UNC Charlotte and graduated with a degree in Psychology and Education. He began his career teaching children with learning disabilities. After several years he opened a retail unfinished furniture store and built it into a chain of ten stores in the Carolinas, Virginia and Tennessee. After selling this business, Chuck went into real estate in the early 1990s and became one of the top Re/Max brokers in the Charlotte area.

Chuck’s career has been a steady success. He has not only sold many homes in Charlotte but has been a licensed General Contractor and has built new homes and represented builders. Chuck has planned, designed, developed and leased commercial properties. He is currently an investor in a number of commercial and residential properties in North and South Carolina.

Chuck and his wife Melinda have been happily married for 35 years and have three grown children and two of the cutest grandchildren you will ever see with two more on the way. He has been a member of Myers Park Presbyterian Church for many years and is a former Sunday school teacher and deacon.

Chuck is a fully licensed North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Broker. He is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist, designations earned by only about 4% of all Realtors. Chuck has been an investor in real estate since 1980 and has been licensed since 1991. During this time he has participated in over 500 real estate transactions.

He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, the NC Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. Chuck’s Team has all the marketing tools available through these associations including The Charlotte Regional MLS Service, REMAX.com, and Realtor.com. Caley Adkins

Caley is a native of Marietta, Georgia and attended Appalachian State University and the University of Oklahoma. She has a degree in Education and is married to a member of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. They have two beautiful dogs and a baby girl on the way.

She is highly proficient with computers and highly organized. She might be your friend on Facebook but do not play her a game of Scrabble as she always wins.

Caley will be in touch with you on a regular basis to provide feedback on the showings of your home and will input your listing into MLS and manage its presence on the internet.

Glenn Graham

Glenn Graham enjoyed a six-year naval enlistment as flight deck fireman and junior enlisted officer of the bridge. He was honorably discharged with various commendations. His additional experience includes five years of sales and marketing. Glenn understands the importance of communication and teamwork, and the results of a job well done.
